We strictly avoid synthetic uppers to ensure maximum breathability and durability.
All Zayvico footwear is meticulously handmade in Sialkot, Pakistan, by master artisans from a family with over three generations and 40 years of leather manufacturing experience.
Yes. Especially with our vegetable-tanned silhouettes like the Ivory Court, the leather is intentionally designed to develop a natural, personalized patina that deepens and looks better with wear. Full-grain and box-calf styles hold their clean finish more consistently over time.

Sizing & Fit Guidance

Zayvico shoes run true to size. You can check our detailed Size Guide page for UK/AU, EU, and US size conversions, or measure your foot length in centimeters and match it directly to our conversion chart.
Our inaugural collection covers UK/AU sizes 6 through 9.5 (EU 39–44) in a standard medium width. While we do not currently offer half sizes or dedicated wide fits, we love hearing your feedback as we plan future releases.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every single order, with packages typically delivered to your doorstep in the United States and international locations within 7–14 business days.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. For domestic orders within Australia, returns are free within 30 days. For international orders (including the United States), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be completely unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging materials.

Leather Care & Maintenance

Wipe your shoes down with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt, then let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources. For full-grain and box-calf styles, applying a neutral leather conditioner every few months keeps the material supple. Never soak your shoes or put them in a washing machine.
