What is Zayvico made of?

Every pair is built from genuine leather — full-grain calf, box-calf, vegetable-tanned, nubuck, or a two-tone leather/nubuck combination depending on the style — with a full leather lining. No synthetic uppers.

Where are Zayvico shoes made?

All Zayvico shoes are handmade in Sialkot, Pakistan, by artisans from a family with three generations of leather manufacturing experience.

How do I know what size to order?

Zayvico runs true to size. Check our Size Guide for the UK/AU, EU, and US conversions, or measure your foot length and match it to the chart.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, delivered in 7–14 business days.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Australia: Free returns within 30 days.
International: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

How do I care for my leather sneakers?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dirt, then let them air dry away from direct heat. For full-grain and box-calf styles, a leather conditioner every few months keeps the material supple. Avoid soaking or machine washing.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes, especially with the Gum Classic (vegetable-tanned) — it's designed to develop a natural patina and get better-looking with wear. Full-grain and box-calf styles hold their finish more consistently.

Do you offer half sizes or wide fits?

Our first collection covers UK/AU 6–9.5 (EU 39–44) in standard width. We don't currently offer wide fits, but let us know your feedback as we plan future releases.
