We want you to love your Zayvico shoes. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and tags
• Try them on indoors, on a clean surface — soles showing outdoor wear can't be returned
• Proof of purchase required

How to start a return
Email zayvicoinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
