30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with the original shoe box and packaging.
Free Returns for Australian Customers
We offer FREE returns for all orders delivered within Australia.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your order to our Australian return address at no cost.
International Returns
For orders delivered outside Australia, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged footwear.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Final sale or clearance items, where stated.
